Here is the Aix-Marseille Université vademecum for the CSI (Comité de Suivi Individuel du doctorant):
- the ED asks that the expert be from outside the institution (amU, Cadarache, Centrale Méd.)
- a 3rd member of the ISC can be proposed by the doctoral student at any time during the thesis, in direct consultation with the Doctoral School Management.
The doctoral student must declare his or her Committee on his or her ADUM account according to the composition in the vademecum, and must wait for validation from the Doctoral School before convening his or her Committee.
The Committee must submit its annual report to the Doctoral School by June 30, by uploading it to amubox: https: //amubox.univ-amu.fr/s/YnAYyLYZXRBeXfc
This report is required for re-registration with the Doctoral School.
The rapporteurs of a thesis jury must not be members of the Individual Follow-up Committees.
